Company Law of People’s Republic prescribes theprinciple to deal with a company deadlock; however the principle is not a practical ruleto perform. Therefore the issues in the cases arisen from the company deadlocks arenot resolved appropriately in the judicial practice. The paper introduces the theory ofour country’s company deadlock and judicial dissolution firstly. It also analyses theissues and loopholes under the current Company Law of China with the cases study. Itprovides many ways to solve the issues effectively in the company deadlock and I hopesthat the ways are helpful for the structuring of our country’s company deadlock.
