From the perspective ofantitrust law, we are going to analyse three cases of our country’s economic sphere.Explaining their damage for the china’s market economy and the interests of consumers.Pointing out the problem of horizontal monopoly agreements legal in our country.Based on the experience of other countries in antitrust law, we put forward somesuggestions for the horizontal monopoly agreements.
