Since1867, the Russian Tsar betrayed Alaska to America, Russia (Soviet) U.S.Marine area delimitation has been in suspense of Russian US relations. With theconvening of the three United Nations Conference on the law of the sea, theinternational law of the sea is becoming more and more mature, the Soviet Union andthe United States on maritime delimitation in the marine boundary agreement "signed in1990", the union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the United States of America,protocol divides the disputed waters in the marine boundary. But the agreement appliesto Russia and the United States in the Bering Sea and the sea area delimitation disputescannot be solved. This paper tries to sort out the evolution of international law of the sea,the conflict of Russia and the United States in the process to form the marine boundaryproblems, and discusses the policy negotiation and on the marine boundary problem,finally tries to summarize its maritime delimitation disputes the particularity of problemand the future development trend.
