Hayek is a famous liberal thinker of20th century, economist and social theorist, and even in the West, his thoughts are affecting a wide range of contemporary China.Hayek ’s constitutional freedom is a core part of their entire liberal political theory, best embodies the essence of their liberalism. Hayek ’s liberal constitutional conceptof freedom as a starting point to build on its "ignorance" epistemological stance, especially directly from its profound interpretation of rules and order. Hayek ’s socialand political issues into legal issues, established its own rules of the constitutionalsystem of justice Perspective, and made a lot of specific solutions. This paper aims tobe a reasonable interpretation of the constitutional freedoms of its ideological andtheoretical basis for a more in-depth reflection on the constitutional system,in orderto explore the inadequacies of the rational core Hayek liberal constitutional thought.
