Research On Questions Of Urban Housing Levy Enforcement

In recent years,with the rapid development of China economy and the urbanization promoted,the housing levy has become a common phenomenon in the country,the conflict in the field of housing levy has intensified.To meet the requirements of the times,China has successively introduced The "Regulation on the Expropriation of Buildings on State-owned Land and Compensation"and The "Administrative Enforcement Law"and other legal norms,to provide a legal basis for the collection of activities, but the effect is not obvious.
