Young people are the most vital forces in the society, who are in the growing period of bothphysiology and psychology, and they have a very strong plasticity in their sports lifestyle. Thecorrect guidance to their sports life style is also related to shaping their personality. Nurturingyoung people to adapt to the sporting way of life under the modern economic and culturaldevelopment contributes to the healthy and harmonious promotion of students ’ physical andmental and socially adapted health and their ability to adapt to the society. Besides, itimproves the overall healthy standard of the citizens.With the reference of the literature about sports life style, the author made some innovation,designed questionnaires, made a survey of students’ participation in physical activity and theirsports life at their leisure time, and then obtained a great deal of real information. The authormade use of mathematical statistic methods and related theories to establish mathematicalmodels and applied mathematical software for data processing.Research results show that primary and secondary school students in Fushun havemultiplicity on sports cognition, but there is certain distance in forming correct value of sportsneeding, and there is a lack of clear awareness and correct understanding of health. In theestablishment of healthy sports lifestyle, school, family and society don’t provide completesports life conditions. Primary and middle school students’ sports space and time is restricted bythe heavy academic burden and study pressure, which is not favorable for them to form healthysports lifestyle for primary and middle school students.The main conclusion of this thesis is: the formation of sporting demand of Fushun primaryand middle school students is divided into emotional regulation, communication needs, life needs,knowledge demand, body-building, as well as school and family influence.The strategies for cultivating sports lifestyle for primary and middle school students are: tochange social concept, to set “health first" guiding ideology; to promote the formation of youthsports values; to attach the importance to school sports and health teaching, to strengthensports-cultural construction of school and community, to strengthen policy regulations on sportsand health education and to constantly improve teachers’ sports-cultural quality, which will playa leading and guiding role in training primary and middle school students sports lifestyle.
