| The trend of modern high jump sports is "fast" as the core,and to do "fast",good running up is essential.Opinions vary on the number of steps in the arc,usually in 3-5or 4-6 steps.In the daily back of the type high jump teaching with 4 steps arc run-up,but also relevant scholars at home and abroad put forward 5 steps arc run-up,and in the actual application,the current international men’s high jump record holder sotomayor and Chinese men’s high jump record holder Ji’an-hua zhu adopt 5 step arc run-up.Therefore,both coaches and athletes are concerned about how to improve the speed of running in the high school,as well as the connection technology of running and jumping,and constantly explore the training theory and means.Back the type fast running and take-off technology is the key to the running line into the arc and arc run-up two parts,so explore 5 steps arc run-up technology to back the influence of performance and technical level is the main purpose of this study,and applied in the teaching training practice of 5 step arc running up technology,make different characteristics of the athletes according to their own conditions have more better choice.Give better play to the biggest advantages of arc running,further optimize the technology of back Vietnamese high jumping arc running,and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the teaching and training of back Vietnamese high jumping.The research methods used in the institute include literature and data method,expert investigation method,experimental method,image collection method,video recording analysis method,mathematical statistics method and so on.First of all,the expert survey was carried out to determine the test index of physical fitness in the experiment,the weight of the technical score of each link of the back type high jump,and the technical evaluation standard.Secondly,the 5-step arc running and pick-up technology is applied to the teaching practice through experimental methods.Again,the teaching experimental technology evaluation standard video kinematics analysis,and through SPSS 22.0 data analysis of teaching experiment results,finally,in the aspect of theoretical research analysis in the back type arc run-up straight into the bend junction,the four step arc and 5 step arc mechanical analysis,combined with the kinematics parameters,the different steps arc run-up jump technology to back the impact of the performance and the technical level is discussed,the following conclusions:1.5-step arc is more conducive to improving the 4-step arc.The 5-step arc run can swing the leg in advance,so the speed utilization is high,and the running rhythm is more compact.2.5 step arc is more conducive to improve the 4 step arc to the back jump technology,5 step arc run with faster speed to obtain greater roll effect,maintain running inertia before the jump,to obtain better jump effect.3.There is no obvious difference between the combination technology of the running run-up and the take-off.4.There is no significant difference between step 4.5 arc and step 4 arc in passing bar and falling pad technology.5.5-step arc is more conducive to improving the overall technical coherence than the 4-step arc.In the connection process of entering the corner,the swing leg is more smooth and natural,saving the force of push off the ground,the speed loss rate is small,and the performance and connection of each movement are more smooth.6.There was no significant difference between the statistical analysis results of the achievement of the height of the arc and the 4 steps,but the average score was improved. |
