Research purposes:Shandong men’s volleyball team won the League fourth as a powerful force of China Volleyball for the two consecutive seasons.But the gap of jumping service quality between Shandong team players and domestic excellent players become the barrier to promote better performance..Currently the research about jump serve studies are few, and most are in theory, and the athlete’s level is relatively low. This study analyze strong jump serve action of8players by means of a high-speed camera (200/s).The purpose is to find out the gap on the run, jump, jump serve air guide arm, swing, landing techniques between players of Shandong and domestic excellent athletes, to make a correct technology diagnosis, put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions, provides better theory support about Shandong men’s volleyball training practice.Research methods:Selected4players of national volleyball league with the highest jump serve statistical scoring rate and4players of Shandong. Synchronization shooting the jump serve, toss the run, jump, hitting skills of athletes by two SONY high speed camera(photographing frequency is200Hz/s). Taking the. moment of swing as two cameras synchronization points, selecting the two fastest speed serve as the video of research analysis, use the APAS software Trim program to synchronize digital movie clip.Descriptive statistics of average value, standard deviation (X+SD).Research results and conclusion:1Ji Daoshuai’s last step of the step and the step distance is large, run-up speed loss rate is smaller, the stretch time is shorter, right knee angular displacement is smaller, resulting in insufficient height of take off. Advise him to reduce the running speed, reduce the horizontal velocity component, lengthen stretch of time, increasing the angle of take off. In the stage of air hitting, twist magnitude smaller means lack of active muscle tension, the elastic potential energy is smaller, makes the ball speed is smaller. Recommend that to increase the body backward twist amplitude training for lengthen the working distance of muscles. 2Li Runming’s step distance of run-up phase is smaller, the angular displacement of right knee is smaller. In jumping stage, his hip angle and swing amplitude are relatively smaller, suggested increase his torso extension rate in arm-waving stage, and increase the body backward rotation substantially elongated muscle training.The larger joints angle of the elbow and shoulder in swing moment is not conducive to the joint velocity transfer,and causing batted ball speed reduce.3Song Jianwei and Yu Dawei’s jump take-off angle are small, causing higher horizontal velocity speed and out of bounds of the ball. At the same time led to the lower height of the jump, lower power of serving, even below the net. Suggested that increase take-off vertical component and the vertical component of the velocity.4The4players of Shandong both have the problem that can not get better batting timing, especially Song Jianwei, Suggested that more handling, running, jumping, batting training in his daily training. Also suggested that players of Shandong team increase the whipping action training.
