This research question is to test that the teacher classroom managementof students influence students in various learning aspects, in order to establishthe ideal management model to promote education as a whole to improve thequality.The subjects(124students)were junior two students chosen from BaotouMongolian middle school. The research was designed with pre-test back-test.By using the Role Alter Method, the Teaching Feedback Method and theScenic Coaching Method, the procedures were proved to be successful withinthe five mouths experiment. And it altered the students’ behaviors. Assistedby observation and discussion. The author discovered that:Firstly, by adopting the Teacher Classroom Manage Mode, the students’good behaviors were increased the and the students’ good behaviors weredecreased,and the teaching efficiency has also been improved in the class.The students in the class using the Classroom Teachers Manage Mode weremore advanced in their achievement and successfully prevented achievementpolarizing.Secondly, the infection to the poor students in this class is greater thanthe advanced ones. That is, those poor students made greater progress in theirachievement by using this mode.Thirdly, the boy students changes in their achievements are greater thanthe girl students.Fourthly, by using the method of observation and discussion,the authordiscovered, in the class, which has been used the Teacher Classroom ManageMode, the students’ mentality and behavior were altered. Therefore, the whole ambience in the class was altered. Classroom Manage influences highschool students learning efficiency directly, and ultimately promote theimprovement of student performance.There is a significant positive correlation between teacher managementand academic achievement, intrinsic motivation and autonomous learningperformance effectively predict academic achievement, but the externalimpact also affects student academic achievement, especially the Average andpoor students.It’s very practical to make use of the procedures and techniques inclassroom management, and it’s also very important for pedagogues to altertheir educational ideas. By using the Classroom Manage Mode, it willadvance teachers’ managing skills, promote teaching efficiency and advancethe students’ achievement. This research provides a good method for theteachers in their teaching practice and it also offers valuable idea for thosepeople who will be future teachers.Finally, the article also discusses the significance of this study,recommendations for future research in the follow-up study, this paper, anumber of specific research directions.
