The factors affecting the academic achievement of educational psychology research has been the subject of concern. The motivating factors in the study received extensive attention, achievement, attribution, self-efficacy, goal -orientation, achievement motivation are the current hot educational psychology research . In addition, Time Management Disposition, as a personality may be through to individual study motive, attitude and self-control factors such as the learning activities to promote the achievement of the goals of the study, thereby exert influence on the academic performance of students.Research shows Time Management Disposition, attribution style , self-efficacy, achievement motivation have a significant influence on academic achievement. Time management Disposition tend to be motivated mainly by the influence of academic achievement, attitude and the strategy to achieve such factors.Therefore, the study was to understand the students time management disposition, attribution style, self-efficacy, achievement motivation and the development characteristics and reveals the Influence of time management disposition, achievement motivation , achievement attribution, self-efficiency on the middle students.This study used a questionnaire to 800 students, the results show that : (1) Time Management Disposition,attribution style, self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and there is no gender differences in academic achievement, the sense of time control, the sense of time efficacy, efforts attribution, background attribution the motivation to pursuit succeed,luck attribution,and the motivation to avoid failure there is a significant difference in the grade.(2) The sense of time control, the sense of time efficacy, background attribution ,the motivation to pursuit succeed, capacity attribution, self-efficacy are significant differences in levels of learning. The greatest impact on the academic is self-efficacy, Time Management Disposition, the motivation to pursuit succeed, capacity attribution, self-efficacy and academic performance are significant positive correlation. ( 3 ) Self-efficacy, the study attribution directly influence academic achievement, and time management disposition through self-efficacy in turn adversely affect achievement motivation thus have an impact on academic achievement.
