Curriculum management is an important part of the schoolmanagement, and the direct provision of teaching activities. To face theInner Mongolia region of Mongolia unique nationality and Hannationality cultural phenomenon, should stand in the national differenceangle on the primary school curriculum in the management ofindividual knowledge research.In this paper, the curriculum management on the basis of the basictheory, mainly uses the literature research method, case study method,comparative analysis method and interview method, to current ourregion of Han Primary School and Mongolia primary school principalsin the family, Dean of students and the school principal leadingmembers of class management personnel in the school curriculummanagement by the use of individual knowledge were compared andanalyzed, so as to find out the current my area minority and Hanprimary school in curriculum management problem, as most of ourregion schools on how to more effectively carry out curriculummanagement and provide a theoretical strategies and curriculummanagement practice problems suggestions.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction, including the question proposed,the research status home and abroad, simple analysis of selected topicreason,in my area because people Chinese primary school curriculummanagement in individual knowledge on different, leading to the peopleof Han primary school curriculum management in different. Researchsignificance and purpose this paper discusses the curriculum management of individual knowledge can enrich my area relativelyweak curriculum management system of knowledge, but also is helpfulto improve my area the Han primary school curriculum managementlevel.The second part clarified the people Chinese primary schoolcurriculum management knowledge of basic theory. Because thisinvolves these concepts in different contexts and have different meaning,so, it is necessary to “individual knowledge”,“public knowledge”and “Curriculum management” for a clear explanation.The third part and the fourth part is the core part of this article,respectively, to my area of National primary school and Han primaryschool curriculum management knowledge status of the investigation,the author mainly uses the interview method, the method of case studyand comparative analysis to about three the distinctive features of thesmall school field surveys and research, through on“the primaryschool curriculum management of public knowledge of the situation”,“primary school curriculum management of individual knowledgestatus” and “primary school curriculum management: publicknowledge and individual knowledge status comparison and Reflectionon” the three part of the analysis, to master my area the Han Primaryschool curriculum management knowledge survey.The fifth part is in the third, the fourth part of the survey researchfoundation, through to our national primary school and Han primaryschool curriculum management curriculum management presentsituation of knowledge grasp, to my area the Han primary schoolcurriculum management of the current state of knowledge for furthercomparison and analysis.The sixth part is the people Chinese primary school curriculummanagement knowledge, reflection and prospect. In my area peculiarpeople Chinese cultural phenomenon, and Han primary school leadersneed to develop their own individual knowledge energetically at the same time, side stand on solid ground transition into the learning leader.This requires that the Han primary school leaders emphasized in thecurriculum implementation, the implementation of school-basedcurriculum and evaluation ways to increase strength. Thus, the light ofthe local conditions and the actual situation suit one’s measures to localconditions to build characteristic culture of the school.
