In China, sports extracurricular activity club is a new thing, plays an important role in the school sports teaching, as well as in the "lifelong sports" played an important role in. Sports extracurricular activity club organizers should be improved according to these problems, make sports extracurricular activity club can be more healthy, stable development.This paper takes Beijing city as an example, in learning from predecessors on the sports activities on the basis of theories, and based on the situation of sports activities of colleges and universities in Beijing city of specific analysis, according to the structure and elements of sports clubs, sports are theoretical basis of extracurricular activities in Colleges and universities in Beijing’s development present situation, the teaching goal, basic process, teaching mode and teaching evaluation are discussed, and the analysis of existing problems and the reasons, and puts forward countermeasures and measures are effective, sports and extracurricular activities to provide a basis and reference for colleges and universities to carry out.
