Broadcast gymnastics, which is well-known as a kind of freestanding exercise, has many a practitioners, and can be carried out on an open space without any equipment. In the new century, China’s political system is becoming more and more complete and the social economic developing at a very high speed. People’s minds get liberated and their lifestyles become more and more exciting. All these make it possible to prosper the enthusiasm of the people towards practicing broadcasting gymnastics and at the same time, increasing attention are paid to the aesthetic experience and practical fitness effect. People have a higher demand for the broadcasting gymnastics and the overall layout level of the broadcast gymnastics, especially for how detailed the layout of movement should be and the professional selection of the music.Therefore, the study of the principle on the the broadcast gymnastics sets of action choreography, elements and compose methods and processes become the focus of this study provide some theoretical basis for future broadcast gymnastics choreography and direction of improvement, future, innovation, strengthenand to expand the broadcast gymnastics practical value.In this paper, using literature data, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, image analysis and mathematical analysis to study the theory of broadcast gymnastics complete action choreography, mainly to the following conclusions:1Set of movements of broadcast gymnastics arrangement includes the basic characteristic, scientific, comprehensive, innovative, fluency, follow the basic principles of scientific, innovative, balance, unity in the arrangement of routine, the routine broadcasting gymnastics is more reasonable, scientific.2Elements set action of broadcasting gymnastics arrangement includes action elements, elements of music, sports load factor and the space factor, the factors according to the arrangement of objectives and tasks for flexible use, make the arrangement theory more perfect action sets of broadcast gymnastics.3Different stages arranged in sets of action, should be based on the actual need to complete the choreography of rational choice and the combination method, transplantation method and the variation method innovation, the broadcast gymnastics constantly updated, keeping pace with the times, enrich the broadcast gymnastics movement arrangement theory of knowledge.4Sets of broadcast gymnastics action choreography can be divided into five stages, the conceptual stage, select the action phase, sets of actions to modify, select the music stage, the entire exercise in mind the write phase, and constantly promote the development of broadcast gymnastics complete action choreography.5Sets of operating characteristics meet the basic features and principles of the broadcast gymnastics arrangement; action choice of the type and quantity of positive peak trend, action parts more reasonable distribution in the neck and lower limb, upper limb and torso ratio generally show a downward trend; Music choose a more reasonable, clear rhythm, but in the fifth set to the seventh set of passwords and music disharmony; time control in about a quarter, in line with the requirements of the moderate amount of exercise; transform essentially the same orientation in space elements in space high, medium and low levels of use, and movement in space-based level.
