Research On The Movement Choreography Of Aerobics Gymnastics’ New Group Based On FIG New Rules

The rules of aerobics gymnastics revised and updated every four years at a time,in 2013 the FIG issued the new version of "FIG2013-2016" aerobics gymnastics competition rules. One of the most significant change in this rule is the new group from six people to five people. In order to understand the relevant information of new group, grasp the development trend of the movement choreography of aerobics gymnastics’ new group, this paper uses the methods of literature, video observation,mathematical statistics method and expert interviews to compared and analyzed the new and old rules,along with the movement choreography of the top six teams in the12-13 session Aerobics world championship of the different groups to provide some useful rationale for the development of China’s new group. Through the research, the main results of this thesis are as follows:1) comparing the old and the new rule changes of different t groups, the new rules put forward higher requirements for the new group, increase the difficulty of the movement choreography.2) changes of new rules other content require the new group should make the difficulty movement be stable and high score, also should timely use the skillful movement and pay attention to the balanced the movement choreography as well as and the quality of the entries movements.3) compared to the two session World Championships, the new group is better than the old group,the choreography level of the new group has improved.Therefore, suggestions are as follows:The new group should carefully choose the difficulty movement and encouraged the elite female athletes to participate in; the movement choreography of the new group should be compact and comprehensive, and they can try to create difficult request lift movements and pay attention to guide athletes use the new difficulty movement and the skillful movement. The difficulty score should be stability and high, and focus on improving the quality of the entries movements,also athletes should use more combination difficulty movement, difficulty category selection can refer to the collocation of 5C, 2A2 D, 1B. In addition, the choreography of each part from the entries movements should be innovation, diversity and coordination.
