This study is a detailed finishing, collected both at home and abroad forprimary students and the research on children’s prosocial behavior, concernsthe development of Prosocial behaviors among school pupils and on the basisof school intervention. The main methods of using are observation,statisticalmethods,experimental research and conversation method.I choose my school in the third grade and grade five students as a studyarea, from which sampling conducted this study. I mainly study of prosocialbehavior in the two aspects of the cooperation and sharing, and accordingschool intervention to solve problems in pupils ’development of prosocialbehavior. Discussion on the factors such as gender, age, school environment,family environment, peer relationships, dissemination of informationinfluence on primary school students’ prosocial behavior, analysising ofpupils ’ different performance of prosocial behavior and the problemsexist,and more appropriate solutions to improve pupils ’ prosocial behavior.Results showed:(1) prosocial behavior of boys and girls in the primary schoolstudents exist certain differences, more girls than boys of explicit, while alsomore active.(2) pupils of different age, psychological characteristics anddevelopment, their prosocial behaviors are different, younger pupils behavedmore direct, pure, while older pupils are not easily implement prosocialbehavior.(3) schools should provide students with pleasant, clear, naturalenvironment,healthy and harmonious physical space allows students cultivateone’s taste, the purification of the mind.(4) family factors in pupils ’development of prosocial behavior plays a subtle role in the process.(5) peerrelationships in schools on pupils ’ cultivation of the prosocial behavior is alsohave a siginificant effect. Under the influence of different peer relationships,students form different patterns of social behavior.(6) the wide dissemination of information make primary school pupils achieving perspective, learn newknowledge from it, forming a variety of prosocial behaviour patterns.
