| The CPC Central Committee put forward that we should cultivate socialist builder and successor who has dream,morality,knowledge,and discipline in the decision to deepen and comprehensively promote quality-oriented education.And then we should cultivate the ideology and morality and code of conduct of students,as for prosocial behavior,it is a positive interaction in interpersonal communication,sociologist and phychologist is wild about how to promote people’s prosocial behavior voluntarily all the time,and this project is an important content of moral education.According to the ideas of ecoligical system theory,microsystem is the direct environment of people’s activity and association,it is very important to people’s development.Family and peer is the part of microsystem,is the main environment of children’s life.General Secretary Xi put forward in national education conference that family is the first school in people’s life,parents is the first teacher of children,family cohesion is an composite indicaor which can reflect the affinity of family member and positive family atomosphere,can inflence the behavior that children do in the society and their social interaction.After entering to the primary school,children has stable friends,so peer attachment is an emotional connection in children’s contaction,is the inner psychological resource of students,interacting with friends can help them build mature behavior,and have improtant effect on their mental health and socialization.Children’s stage can build important foundation on people’s life,and children is the important strength of building country in the future,the behavior of children constitute the behavior of successor,and decide the development and atomosphere of society and country.The self-awareness of primary school children develops fastly,and the has the awareness of independence and criticalness,so cultivate children’s prosocial behavior in this stage is very important.The results shows that:(1)The girl’s peer attachment is higher than boy’s,and the percentage of prosocial behavior of girl is higher than boy;there’s signifacant difference in grade between family cohesion,peer attachment and prosocial behavior,and there’s growing tendency in grade of three variables;gender can’t influence family cohesion,and whether stay behind can’t influence children’s family cohesion,peer attachment and prosocial behavior.(2)There’s growing tendency in grade of prosocial behaviors,and its tendency is steady,there’s no gender difference in the tendency,and left-behind children’s growth is slower.(3)Peer attachment has cross sectional and longitunal mediating role between children’s family cohesion and prosocial behavior.In summary,family cohesion and peer attachment is the improtant factor which can influence children’s prosocial behavior.When cultivating prosocial behavior of children,we should promote the family’s and friend’s relationship,help parents to conduct proper family education,this can promote children interacting with friends positively,and promote the possibility of prosocial behavior,cultivate mature behavior. |
