During the three months study and investigation in Ping An China Life Insurance Limited by Share Ltd subsidiaries in Beijing, the auther investigate the actual sales experience into the attributes of the work environment, the importance of participant observation and case study method to explore the sales behavior in modern society in the workplace.The thesis consists detailed tracking and social introduction, sales process analysis, sales, sales management of the important role of the promotion strategy, summarizing, reference six parts.The introduction part puts forward the problem is analyzed, the existing research and theoretical background, defines the research path and methods.The first chapter gives a detailed description of the five step process sales behavior analysis theory, relevant social, on every step of the action basis, advantages and disadvantages as well as providing solutions.The second chapter under the guidance of professionals proposes the strategy to improve sales behavior management from multiple perspectives.The third chapter on the importance of sales to explain behavior analyzes the causes and consequences of the existing problems of sales practices.Papers to the sociological inquiry sales behavior perspective, as far as possible, give full scope to the talents, turn material resources to good account, make corresponding talents of high application, high play, contribute to the workplace, social reality.
