Researchh On EnterpriseEducation And Guarantees System Of Undergraduate Student

Enterprise education is a completely new field, whether in view of practice or theory. While it is not entering the vision of professional people until the "To the international inference of21century education" held in Beijing in1989, the enterprise education in higher education institutions begin to gain attention just with the rising of self-employment among graduates.However, the practice of enterprise education in higher education field is subjected to the concern increasingly due to the difficulty of graduate employment generated by the rapid expansion of graduate number. In2002, nine universities were designated as pilot institutions for enterprise education, which make it an urgent demand to carrying out the research. It is the education for undergraduate current and the calling to ages that carrying out enterprise education for undergraduate students. It can develop economy, increase employment and accelerate science and technology.The comparative research on this article suggests that the enterprise education practice in our country is relatively immature compared with the according practice abroad, which suggest it is a vast challenge currently facing our country to construct an enterprise education guarantees system. In this article we analysis the present condition about our country, then draw lessons from experience abroad, at last give some advices to establishment a guarantees system. The Develop System should establish on the base of reform target、course、contents and method; the management system should establish on the base of reform organize、teaching management and students’ management; needing High character for Teachers community; and schools、society、 governments should create good environment for enterprise education.
