As the knowledge economy appearing and the scientific technology improving rapidly, the human being is facing an enterprise time in the 21 century. It becomes an inevitable requirement that the practical teaching system develop the enterprise education, implement the enterprise education and train higher qualified and skilled person who own the spirit and ability of enterprise in the higher vocational institutes.The article investigates the practical teaching system of the Jilin higher vocational institutes by the method of devise paper and talking with people. So we can further understand the Jilin higher vocational institutes; The article explains situation of the practical teaching system of the Jilin higher vocational institutes by analysizing the cases. The article analysizes many cases about happening in Changchun vocational technology institution, Jilin electronic information and vocational technology university and Changehun automobile industry college. The investigation about these school demonstrates character of the Jilin higer vocational institutes and the system of the practical teaching. By analyzing and summarizing the original practical teaching system of the Jllin higer vocational institutes, I suppose I construct a practical teaching system of the higher vocational institutes for adapting to the need of the society under the instruction of enterprise idea. It concludes: the target system of master many skills while specializing in one, the multi-level body content system, buying, producing, selling, studying the dual-purpose management system, the teachers, trainning, and environment constructing safeguard system. These four kinds of the systems constitute the practical teaching system of the higher vocational institutes under the enterprise education idea. Moreover, the article elaborates the approaches to implement enterprise education of Jilin higher vocational institutes, including educators, the surrounding of enterprise education, and how to use the teaching bases inside of the institutes and outside of the institutes for developing the enterprise education. According to it, the article further develops the consciousness, quality, ability and knowledge of the enterprise. Enterprise consciousness concludes the emotion, need, motive, idea and belief of the enterprise and so on; Enterprise quality concludes: being dare to undertake the responsibility, being good at graspping the bussiness opportunity, and having the goal power, being good at controlling the enterprise bussiness risk, and being enough to self-confident and good at studying. The enterprise ability concludes: the ability of innovating, planning, organizing, directing and coordinating, controling and so on. The enterprise knowledge concludes the knowledge of specialized subject, management, synthesizing and so on. The article builds solid theory and practical basis for developing and executing enterprise education in practical teaching system in Jilin province higher vocational institutes. According to the viewpoint of the teachers and students in Jilin province higher vocational institutes about enterprise education, I have investigated and analysized and found the backward reasons of developing and executing enterprise education in Jilin province higher vocational institutes: First, being insufficient to creatting social enterprise education; Second, being lack of the theory of the enterprise education. Finally, setting up the correct enterprise about enterprise education. These reasons restrict the development and implement the enterprise education.Facing to the challenge of the times, the article first discusses problems from the higher vocational university and constructes the practical teaching system of the higher vocational institutes under the conception of the enterprise education. First, trainning the high-skilled person who can keep pace with the time. Second, the teachers and students should realize correctly to the content, consciousness, quality, ability and knowledge of the enterprise. Third, displaying the characters of the higher vocational institutes, emphysizing on practice and skills and establishing the base of the enterprise education. So Jilin higher vocational institutes has a clear goal when developing enterprise education. Increasing the practical teaching content and making student keep contact directly with market while in process of participating in practical teaching. Not only take participate in buying original material, but also understanding the producing and selling of the producers. Making the student build the competition consciousness of the market and of enterprise.
