The Historical Research, Current Situation Analysis And Future Trends Of Chinese Athletes Decommissioning

This paper is intended to discuss questions faced by Chinese athletes and retired athletes in different historical periods through a comprehensive analysis and historical research methods.The analysis and research of the existing policies and regulations is to explore the approach through the establishment of "lifetime allowance" and "Chinese athletes Development Fund" to solve the problem of the future viability of retired athletes. We can have the following conclusions about the resettlement of retired athletes:(1) adhere to the policy placement;(2) implement a real sense of "Combination";(3) From personal experience and future ideal angle, proposed the establishment of the concept of "Chinese athlete development fund"Properly resolving the problem of athletes’ placement after retirement will be not resolved within a short time, and it will take some time and process. In this process, our country should base on the national conditions of China and learn from the experience of foreign countries’competitive sports power to seek the resettlement of retired athletes in new ways and methods, and establish new methods and standards of resettlement for retired athletes. Striving to be able to do justice to every retired athletes and dispel the concerns of active athletes, so as to enhance Chinese continued competitiveness in sports.
