According to the Bandura ’s theory, learning self-efficacy means the learners’ confid ence of their ability in finishing the learning tasks, which also means the levels of their se lf-confidenee or their ability. Learning anxiety also refer to learner’s fear level to the lear ning tasks, inciting the feelkgs of worries, afraid, etc, There are many factors to affect t he learning achievements, for example, the age, sex, physical and mental level, learning ability, knowledge foundation. The learning anxiety and the learnin g self-efficacy are the two inner factors, which have great effect of the learning emotion, learning strategy and the learning stages. So the affection is apparent So, they have been the main issues of the domestic and abroad educational psychology studying. Also the tea chers have been exposed, thought, felt to the question. I have been teaching in junior and senior high for many years, awarding the importance of the study of learning anxiety and self-efficacy, and also realize the importance of using the theory to solve the problems.
