Analysis Of Current Situation Of Women Triple Jump’s Research In Our Country

Before1993, Woman’s Triple Jump was the advantageous project of China and the first record14.54m of Woman’s Triple Jump was created by Chinese athlete LiHuirong. During that period, there were the world top10athletes like RenRuiping, HuangQiuyan XieLimei et al in China. However, since the women’s triple jump in1996was listed as an Olympic sport, countries paid more attention to competitive sports resulting in enormous changes of Woman’s Triple Jump. At present, world record of women’s triple jump is15.50m, while China’s women’s triple jump record is indeed14.90m. In2004before the Olympic Games in Athens, the0415plan was proposed to train the athlete RenQiuping to break the15m mark in the2004Olympic Games, but until now this goal has not yet achieved. Therefore, breaking the15m mark through enhancing the study of Woman’s Triple Jump is an important issue which should be addressed urgently. In this work, the papers on Chinese Woman’s Triple Jump which were published in core journal in the past twenty years are collected and analyzed. These works may shed light on the research of Woman’s Triple Jump.The52papers concerning the Chinese Woman’s Triple Jump published on the16core journals between the years1990-2012were selected as the object of study. In order to have the knowledge of current situation of Chinese Woman’s Triple Jump, the previous research achievements were analyzed by using the Literature method, content analysis method and data statistics method from research methods, research objectives, research topics, research subjects et al. And the following conclusions can be drawn.1.The development of economy has expanded the network platform and increased the exchanges and cooperation between research objects resulting in the development of academic. In can be seen from the conclusions and advises of content analysis that the scholars are inclined to theoretical studies which are very difficult to guide practice and there are few studies about practical application.2. It can be seen from the research topics that during the period of1990-1999the topic attracting the most attention is training method of Woman’s Triple Jump athletes. However, during the period of2000-2012, the most popular research topic is focusing on speed, single-hop and the type of technology. Due to the difference of times, the inclination of research changes and it shows large differences between the sub-themes of various research topics. The research topics are not comprehensive and the no one cares about the topics like the selection of athletes, the psychology of athletes, coaches and back-up talent cultivation of athletes.
