The "90s generation" college students have entered the high school for some years, and they have became the main part of the college students in Chinese. If compared the "90s generation" college students with the "80s generation" college students and the "70s generation" college students, we can get many new characteristics of the "90s generation" college students:born in the Chinese market economy, the "90s generation" college students can feel the reality of the fierce market competition, so they always pay more attention to the economic believe than the enhances of their moral mastery, they often have more definitude aim of their professional development, but ignore the current affairs and politics; as the only child, the "90s generation" college students get more cherish from their parents, and get the higher living condition from the economic development, so they have more individuality but less collective consciousness; accompany with the high speed development of the information technology, the "90s generation" college students become more sensitive to the development of science and technology, but they are easy to be indulge into the virtual world built by the science and technology; even possess more abundant material conditions, but their physical quality and psychological diathesis often become more frangibility; even get more mature in their outward manifestation, but their emotion become more dependency. Just because so many characteristics can be seen in the "90s generation" college students, it takes a new challenge to the ideological and political education to "90s generation" college students in Chinese high school, the manger of the college students must improve the content and the measure of the ideological and political education to "90s generation" college students.Taking a sample survey to school of economic Tianjin university of commerce, this paper research the difference of the "90s generation" college students and the "80s generation" college students from the angle of family condition, ideological condition, temperament and intention of employment. On the base of the research of the characteristics of the "90s generation" college students, this paper want to grapple this characteristics, and build a pertinent and selectable system of the ideological and political education to "90s generation" college students.When researching the characteristics of the "90s generation" college students, we take into account the especial history of family planning, the building of the Chinese market economy, reform and opening up, the reform of the educational system and the reform of education. Through the research of the family factor, social factor, educational factor, economic factor, and the institutional factor which effect the building of the characteristics of the "90s generation" college students, this paper get the conclusion:the social reform take great transformation to the family of the "90s generation" college students; the socialistic market economy take great impact to the ideology of the90s generation college students; the western culture effect the "90s generation" college students deeply in the course of the globalization; the reform of the educational system take some challenge to the ideological and political education of the "90s generation" college students; the reform of education make the ideological and political education of the "90s generation" college students more complicated. To these "90s generation" college students, Chinese high school should tract the historical trend, reinforce the education of mainstream.Through the ideological and political education, we should occupy the ideological front. We can take advantage of the organization of the communist party of China or communist youth league. We also realize the self education of the "90s generation" college students through some students’organizations such as the youth league committee or student council.The high school should track the development of the society, renovate the content of work such as build the credit file of the "90s generation" college students, constitute the institution of rewards and punishment, deep the social practice and pay attention to integrate the part to the whole, track the development of the science and technology, explore the new way to the management of the "90s generation" college students. Aim to the frail mind of the "90s generation" college students, the Chinese high school should pay close attention to their mental health, build a healthy environment for them. In the course of the building of the curriculum, we should pay attention to the education of the mental health of the "90s generation" college students, enhance their ability of crush resistance, build the file of the mental handicap, track their tendencies, and build the urgent institution to the emergency. We should mobilize the initiative and creativity of these "90s generation" college students, enhance the building of the mainstay of the leadership, improve the lever of the ideological and political education to the "90s generation" college students using the differentiated tactics of education.Resulted of the development of the society, the "90s generation" college students have some especial characteristics, the manager of Chinese high school should track the trendy, research their characteristics, reform the manage system of the ideological and political education in high school. We hope this paper can provide some new idea for mobilizing their initiative and creativity, overcome their utilitarian, strengthen their mental and the responsibility to society, and build a manage system of education to the "90s generation" college students for the high school.
