Objective: with the continuous improvement of living standards, people paymore and more attention to diet and nutrition and a balanced diet.9-11primaryschool students are in the start-up phase of the development of youth is the key tothe growth and development period, the body of the nutrient demand has alsoincreased, but also is obesity prone period, at the same time, also is the key periodfor forming behavior of the good life. Research on obese pupils through theoperational knowledge, attitude and behavior intervention, so that targeted nutritioneducation and obesity intervention, encourage students to develop good eatinghabits and way of life, to the elementary students growth and development, healthygrowth, play a good role in promoting, also provide a scientific basis for simpleobesity intervention for primary school students.Methods: a primary school grade four in Shanghai xuhui district9-11,82pupilsas the research object. With40normal weight students as the weight of normalcontrol group (normal group),42overweight and obese schoolchildren in22peopleas obese control group,20people obesity intervention group. For20overweightobesity students a semester of nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior educationintervention, the nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior intervention foroverweight and obese schoolchildren eating behavior, the influence of the life habits.Conclusion:(1) the obese schoolchildren to dietary nutrition knowledge lack theunderstanding of the system, unreasonable eating habits, physical exercise notpositive enough bad living habits, etc.(2) nutrition knowledge, attitude and behaviorintervention obesity intervention group after students nutrition knowledge, attitudescore increased significantly, at the same time, bad eating habits, decreasedsignificantly, on sugary beverages, Fried foods, fast food has high heat food control,to increase the intake of fruits, vegetables, legumes and soy products, and physicalactivity, physical exercise time also increased.(3) nutrition knowledge, attitude andbehavior education intervention, and can improve the level of primary schoolstudents nutrition knowledge, and guide students to reasonable nutrition, balanced diet, strengthen the nutrition health consciousness, cultivate their good eating andliving habits, to the elementary students growth and development, has a good role inpromoting healthy growth.
