Unior high school students achievement motivation is directly promote student learning internal motivation, students non-intellectual factors an important manifestation of junior high school students achievement motivation in the past mostly concentrated in the external factors that affect the achievement motivation and achievement motivation for academic achievement. The parents expectations, self-efficacy and achievement motivation combined to explore their achievement motivation, and explore three related differences in different contexts. The author believes that parental expectations, self-efficacy, respectively, as the internal and external factors affectingthe achievement motivation, achievement motivation plays an important role, at the same time help to improve for the study of the relations between the junior high school level of achievement motivation and timely adjustment of the desired degree of junior high school students and further enrich the research of junior high school students achievement motivation.In this paper, the method of combining qualitative and quantitative, conducted a questionnaire survey of1760randomly selected students and parents in urban and rural junior high school in the Yanbian region, and the use of analysis of variance and correlation analysis of the data processing, analysis Yanbian area junior high school students expectations, self-efficacy sense of achievement motivation relations and differences, the results are as follows:(1) Yanbian area junior high school students overall parents expect a higher level, parents expect to urban and rural areas, gender, occupation, educational differences and income level differences in the overall;(2) Yanbian area junior high school students self-efficacy overall level of higher grade, urban and rural differences and self-efficacy exist;(3) the Yanbian area junior high school students achievement notivation is not high, the overall level of urban and rural areas, ethnicity, grade, gender differences in achievement motivation exists and junior high school students.(4) Yanbian area junior high school parents expect a positive correlation between achievement motivation, academic expectations, conduct expectations and results closer master the approaching and master evade a positive correlation; correlation relationship exists between urban and rural areas, ethnic, gender differences.(5) Yanbian area junior high school students expect a positive correlation between self-efficacy, academic expectations, conduct expectations, interpersonal dimension, and self-efficacy are positively correlated.(6) Yanbian area junior high school students self-efficacy and achievement motivation was correlated each dimension of self-efficacy and results closer master approaching, master evade dimension positively correlated; self-efficacy and performance avoidance was negatively correlated, by correlation between urban and rural areas, gender and grade differences.(7) Yanbian area junior high school students expectations in academic expectations, future success is an effective predictor of achievement motivation, self-efficacy in the basic sense of competence, a sense of control is an effective predictor of achievement motivation.(8) junior high school students self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between expectations and achievement motivation of junior high school...
