CMCC as traditional information industry leading enterprises, ushered in a grim challenges and new opportunities, must be accurately judged, calmly, early planning, to grasp the initiative.H Mobile Communication Company(HMCC) from The listed has experienced10years of rapid development, outstanding operating results over the years, Total user is over thirty million, three parties leading market share. With the upgrade of the competition on the Internet, the HMCC has experienced the fierce market competition, and facing a bottleneck in the development, years of sustained market advantages, technology advantages, personnel challenges.In this transition environment, HMCC great need for more personnel with superior skills, experience, transformation consciousness and ability. Team building, and the ability to reinvent the importance and urgency of rising. HMCC made "Do a good job at management teams at all levels, ability to carry out restructuring and the ability to reinvent", therefore, to carry out" the HMCC management training system design" research projects.This project first by the special background and transition needs of the telecom companies to define research objectives, and then refer to the various types of learning theory and the principle of learning styles, on the basis of the theory of competency to carry out competency needs analysis and evaluation questionnaire analysis to determine the competency status quo of the the HMCC management personnel, possible problems with the gap between the standard of competence, identify training needs based on research objectives, design research questionnaire, to carry out a large-scale demand for research and analysis of aggregate research situation, and finally build a personalized, systematic management personnel training system, and continuously improve the transformation of HMCC managers at all levels.
