Performance appraisal is the most important link in organizational performance management,which all organizations attach great importance to.The establishment of a good performance appraisal system is not only conducive to the improvement of na tional scientific and technological competitiveness,but also to the enhancement of the country's overall competitiveness.The design of performance index is the key link of performance appraisal,which directly affects the rationality and scientificity of performance appraisal.As the first person in charge of the department,the design of the department manager's performan ce indicator is naturally attached great importance to.The current literature on enterpr ise middle managers performance evaluation indicators is more,but because of the dif ferent enterprise hierarchy structure,working characteristics,scholars for the design o f enterprise middle managers performance evaluation indicators also there is a big diff erence,so this article will study is only an intermediate level of enterprise's departme nt manager's performance indicators,in order to better create the department manager s index and a method,the framework of design for enterprises] manager certain basis for the design of performance indicators.For L education and training company,effective design of performance appraisa l system for department managers can not only improve the organization's execution l evel,but also help it to achieve the goal of improving work efficiency and overall stra tegy.Through the discussion of department manager performance appraisal,this pape r introduces and deeply analyzes the basic knowledge,basic process and basic manag ement skills involved in performance appraisal,and then focuses on the analysis of th e current status of department manager performance appraisal of L education and trai ning company.The existing problems of the original assessment system can be roughl y divided into the following aspects: the assessment method used is too simple,the es tablishment of the assessment subject is not professional,the design of the index syste m is not scientific,the assessment and evaluation process is formalized,and the assessment feedback method is too simple.In view of the above problems,this paper puts f orward Suggestions and designs a new scheme,hoping that the implementation of the new scheme can be helpful to the reform of the performance appraisal system of dep artment managers of L education and training company.
