The Status, Causes And Countermeasures On Values Of The Contemporary Middle School Students

With the continuous development of social economy and technology power continues to grow,the social mode of production and people’s ideology, lifestyle are all different. The fusion of differentcultures and intersection are changing the way the students learning and life style, and affect the formationof the mainstream values of middle school students and deepen. As everyone knows, middle school stage isan important stage of development from childhood to middle school youth period, in this stage, theircharacters emerge slowly, learning and living habits gradually formed, world outlook, outlook on life andvalues established, and positive values to promote the healthy development of students, which affects theirthe cognitive level of social and personal values; conversely, negative, unhealthy for middle school studentspolitics, ethics of adverse effects and values, eventually causing them to produce various problems in theprocess of growth. The research in the formation of the existing problems, causes and Countermeasures ofstudents’ values, not only can carry out ideological and political education of the school to providetheoretical guidance, but also provide feasible suggestions for students’ values cultivation policy.Based on the summary of the values of middle school students, combined with the actual researchresults, we found that, the current high school students values mainly have three bad tendencies: one is"personal value as the center", two is "utilitarian reality as the center", three is "knowledge to center". Inthis study, students values problems and their causes of formation in the presence of, from the point of viewof society, school, family and individual factors, trying to find a feasible method to solve the problem. Tomake the middle school student form the correct values, requiring not only the efforts to create a goodsocial atmosphere, also need to reform school education, set up the teacher role authority; not only need the family to strengthen its educational function, but also needs to fully cooperate with the various factors,build their own perfect personality. In a word, the whole society should cooperate with spare no effort tocarry out a full range, multi-angle, promote the students to form good values.
