As a study of subject, there is a certain correlation between the selection of research object and the subject itself. With the development of Educational history discipline, regardless of comprehensive or special research subjects, regardless of perspective and research methods there have new breakthrough, but studies based on the perspective of student seems less likely, in view of this, this paper specially selects degree thesis about the history of education as the research object, firstly statistics the different angle of content such as the paper name, research methods, theoretical reference, citation index, and on the basis of an description of the corresponding results, comprehensively analyses the overall change of researching trend in the history of education since, then learn the progress and existing problems in this area by researching comprehensive level in the process of development of educational history, and hope to provide an objective data reference and enlightenment to the research direction of history education.As to the research method, it mainly adopts the content analysis method, comparative research method in this paper, assisting with literature researching, historical researching, through researching and analyzing,it can be seen that the overall level of degree thesis of postgraduate in the discipline of educational is increasing year by year.lt is more significant of this trend especially in the doctoral dissertation, showing a good momentum of discipline development, but it shows a certain imbalance in the research topic, research methods, distribution theory involved in, for instance,favoring one more than another, evading the crucial point but driving to take the easy,these phenomenons are relatively common, for example, the study of the history of ancient slants little, literature research is becoming monopoly research methods, theoretical span is limited in two subjects both history and education, which reflects the educational history of narrow, single cultivating postgraduate academic ability and less scientific, and discipline curriculum system lags behind in some sense, the lack of scientific research methods courses is the leading cause of students in various defects.
