This research mainly adopting the qualitative research methods, and collecting data byNon-participatory Observation, Semi-structured Interview and Life History Interview, choosing thedifferent ages of teachers (the elder teacher, the middle aged teacher and the young teacher) as the researchobjects, making the leading strategies of teachers in the process of teachers-children interaction as theresearch content, the main conclusions have the following several aspects:First of all, the effective leading strategies in the process of teachers-children interaction used byteachers have the same characteristics:The leading strategies in the process of teachers-children interaction are used by teachers fornegative problem situations.The leading strategies used by teachers all have the circuitous characteristics.Only concealingthe education purpose can the teachers find the circuitous combat lines through a series of combination ofthinking and careful thinking after understanding and judging young children’s interests and psychologicalneeds, feelings, experiences.The relationship between teachers and children is mutual subjectivity. Teachers and childrenexert subjectivity from the different profiles and angles. The teachers are in the dominant position onpurpose, direction, intention. The young children are in the dominant position in the process of action.Secondly, leading strategies as practice knowledge are closely related to the individual daily lifeof teachers and broader social life. The main research objective is to probe into the sources of the preschoolteachers’ practical knowledge. The leading strategies used by the teachers are the embodiment of theteacher’s education wit. It shows that the teacher’s education action have the close relationship with thedaily life. It is necessary to improve the teacher’s effective education action not only from the aspects oftraining professional knowledge but also from enriching the teachers’ life experiences.Finally, related theories of social psychology can effectively explain the leading strategies in theprocess of interaction of teachers and children. So social psychology as a useful academic background can better guide the practice of teachers and make the teachers more consciously use the leading strategies inpractice.Social psychology can effectively explain the leading strategies of teachers, in the meantime theleading strategies of teachers as the practical knowledge derive from daily life. It means that the connectionbetween the teachers and young children also follow the psychological mechanism of interpersonalcommunication.
