In this study, Erickson’s self-identity theory as the basis, for analysis methods of the interviewsof qualitative research, from teacher-student interaction perspective, systematic analysis of the processof graduates construct their self-identity in the process of teacher-student interaction.The basic framework of this study are as follows:In the part of theoretical analysis, the author summarizes the concept of self-identity, the conceptof teacher-student interaction as well as researches done by domestic and foreign scholars bycollecting and reading their representative literatures. Then put forward the understanding of theconcept of self-identity and teacher-student interaction, and gives them a brief definition.In the part of the analysis of the interviews, the author interviewed12graduate students. Basedon that, to discuss the relationship between self-identity construction and the individual’sself-awareness, affiliation intention and the alliance of trust. Which the alliance of trust betweenteacher and student is most important tache,the established of alliance of trust accelerate the processof individual’s self-identity construct, yet the collapse of it may lead to the construction ofself-identity hysteresis.In discussion section, the author describes the mechanisms, processes and dynamics ofself-identity construct in details. The study found that, the achievement of self-identity constructaccording to self-regulation. The three elements of self-regulation work in coordination withaffiliation intention, alliance of trust, promote individuals to achieve self-identity. The affiliationintention of individual drive him in social interaction, then individual can evaluation his self-identityby reflected appraisal which obtained through this process, and make adjustments in order to keep theI and self, I and others in coordinate status. And we draw a conclusion, the benign teacher-studentinteraction has a role of impetus in the construction of self-identity, conversely, it will limit thedevelopment of self-identity.Finally, the insufficiency were reflected, and the author propose some thinking about the futurestudy direction.
