The remote vocational education and vocational education important difference is that the the remote vocational education take full advantage of computer technology, multimedia technology and network technology, the quality of vocational education resource integration in vocational training, vocational training students can be any time, any placelearning multi-faceted training platform. In view of this, the study hope that by analyzing the interactive mode of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the vocational training, the establishment of vocational training in Theory and Practice-oriented integration model, designed and implemented based on a video with a variety of learning support services teaching system, so that students in the distance learning process of theoretical knowledge and practical skills training, and ultimately achieve the purpose of vocational training in the theory and practice of highly integrated.Firstly, from a theoretical basis, case analysis, key technologies in three vocational training video system literature research. In the theoretical study of the integration of Theory and Practice teaching theory by case analysis on the two mainstream systems WIZIQ the Blackboard that WIZIQ to provide users with a variety of learning support services, but the lack of vocational the remote vocational education; skills training, support, Blackboard same lack of effective training model of the integration of theory and practice; key technology research a variety of video teaching system technology, the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies and select technology solutions for this study.Theory and Practice-oriented integrated teaching in vocational training video systems theoretical model is then established on the basis of the literature, to guide vocational training video system design and implementation. The model includes the integration of the Theory and Practice vocational training video teaching model, the course of their work-oriented programs digital resources generated, personalized video-based interaction network training and teaching, based on the knowledge of mind mapping collaborative construction of four parts. Through the integration of four parts, to achieve real integration of teaching theory to fully reflect the remote vocational training.System requirements:video interaction of teachers and students on the basis of the theoretical model, whiteboard drawing, mind mapping, video notes produced as the main demand. The main function is to determine the system of vocational training video:multiple video streaming and video-on-demand, electronic whiteboard, concept map, video notes function. Then the use of software engineering, system development methodology in order to complete the system design and implementation work, and gave details of the implementation of the main function of the system.Finally, through the experiment to the reality of the specific teaching process of system performance of video training. And summarizes research monk existing problems and propose directions for future research.
