FMS Streaming Media Technology Based Video Training System For Medium And Smallsized Enterprises

In order to reduce costs and improve quality of training, E-Learning has becomethe main form of training for SMEs. Current E-Learning video teaching system forSMEs is relatively simple, just to make a video on demand function, do not considerenough factors for the learning process of employees. There are many issues such as asingle video courses, on-demand slow, lack of support on-demand process part of thelearning behavior, the lack of interaction and so on, the staff learning are not effectivelysupport.In allusion to the shortcomings for SMEs video teaching, through "study" as thecenter of the instructional design theory and informal learning theory, virtual learningenvironment implementation mechanism will be introduced in streaming video teachingsystem, then building streaming media-based Video E-Learning technology learningenvironment model, developed to support SMEs in learning behavior streaming videoteaching system to achieve autonomy and collaborative video learning for employees ofSMEs. It supplies the informal training learning needs and the real-time interactionneeds for SMEs. The main work and achievements are as follows:First, we study involves theories and key technologies about streaming videoteaching system. E-Learning for SMEs in video teaching the learning behavior weredeeply mined, teaching elements in streaming video teaching system were abstracted,based on streaming video teaching elements of space for teaching activities weredesigned, and the teaching strategies of various activities space were designed.Ultimately a technology based on streaming media video learning E-learningenvironment model was build.Secondly, after instruction of the video learning E-learning environment model based on streaming media technology,and the research of the key technologies ofstreaming media, combined with teaching space for the virtual teaching environmentunder the teaching strategies and synchronization mechanisms, the system’s four corelearning features has been designed: self-learning behavior based on thevideo-on-demand capabilities, WEB real-time discussion, video discussion andexchange of asynchronous learning function.Finally, based on the above research results, completion of FMS-based videostreaming technology the key to teaching technology research, design and developmentof a streaming media technology based SMEs in FMS E-Learning video teachingsystem, and system performance is tested.
