Western Minority College Students View Of Ecological Civilization Education Research

Since21st century, the biggest problem which human being is facing is the worsening ecological environment of the earth. In this case, the man is eager to find a harmonious development way between human being and the nature. The report of the17th national congress of the communist party of China puts forward the concept of ecological civilization, strengthen ecological civilization education, and enhance the whole nation’s ecological ethics for the first time. At the same time, it advocates the cultivation of national consciousness ecological environmental protection, and makes people to protect the ecological environment consciously to lay a solid foundation for the ecological civilization construction of our country. In other words, ecological civilization is the urgent request of carrying out the scientific concept of development in our country, and the premise of accelerating the harmonious and sustainable development of national economy of the western region and even the whole nation.The ecology of the western region of China ecological is fragile, the natural environment condition is poor, and the ecological environment pollution is very serious. Because of ecological problems and historical reason, the economic and social development between the western region and eastern region of China is in large the gap between rich and poor, which affects the overall balanced development of national economy and social stability and unity. Due to a long term lacking of the support of ecological moral consciousness and the concept of ecological civilization, the weak concept of ecological civilization, as well as the losing faith in the ecological environment because of the deteriorating of ecological environment, the trend of ecological deterioration has failed to be fundamentally contained. To fundamentally solve the problem of ecological civilization consciousness in western region, we must introduce moral concern the relationship between human and nature, set up the correct ecological civilization concept, and form a good ecological virtue, Colleges and universities, as a national training base of talented person, should cultivate the concept of ecological civilization education of college students. It is particularly necessary to set up college students’correct concept of ecological civilization and ecological civilization awareness and establish corresponding ecological civilization concept of future development, which is not only the important task of improving the comprehensive quality of college students but also one education goal of the minority college in western region. It will directly related to the construction of the development western region of our country, the construction of harmonious society and the sustainable development, as well as the solution of the problem of the development of human society and the survive of human being. Thus, strengthening students’ concept of ecological civilization education of the minority college in western region should become the era subject of moral education in colleges and universities and the inevitable choice for the construction of ecological civilization society. From the concept of ecological civilization education outline, this paper investigate and analyze the problems existing in the current college students’ concept of ecological civilization in the minority college of western region on the basis of the ecological civilization education, and carry on research to study out the countermeasures of improving college students’ ecological civilization concept in the minority college of western region.
