Teaching is the fact that teachers teach students how to learn. However, in fact, students can not follow teachers’ teaching. They always have different ideas and opines on what they learn. When teachers and students have different teaching ideas, the conflict which refers to teaching and learning may occur. The field of Teaching and Learning Conflict has many problems that need our research. In a particular age, the problems of teaching and learning have their specific contents and forms. Some problems of the teaching activities are found out:lack of enough attention on subjectivity, lack of enough attention on emotion and value. So the author is investigating the current situation of the teaching and learning activities. The analysis of Teaching and Learning Conflict will help us to understand it in depth:the nature of the Teaching and Learning Conflict; the type of the teaching and learning; the function of the Teaching and Learning Conflict; the root of the Teaching and Learning Conflict. However, in the real class, teachers have wrong ideas on the conflict. They have strong tendency to destroy the conflict, which will hurt students’ interests, creativity and emotions. Thus, how to cope with the Teaching and Learning Conflict will become an important issue. The aim of it is not to get rid of it simply. We should get it moving towards the harmonious class, which is the harmony between teaching and learning. So, teaching should be the spirit of freedom. Teachers should have courage and wisdom, which is the guarantee of the teaching and leaning harmony.
