The conflict of teaching-learning process is not only a problem that teachers and students have to face, but also a problem that teaching-learning researchers need to pay attention. It is trigger by a complex set of factors, and may engender in any link of the teaching-learning process. Therefore, the theory of teaching-learning process construct can help teachers to make full use of the knowledge of the teaching-learning process to deal with the problem of teaching-learning conflict reasonably,complete the teaching-learning process conflict task successfully. Also help the teaching-learning researchers have a further clarify on the teaching-learning process conflict concept,explore the essence of the teaching-learning process conflict, explore the depth of the cause,seek more suitable strategies for the reality teaching-learning situation.This article building the teaching-learning process conflict theory base on the Philosophical contradictions in Marxist theory and teaching-learning theory and utilize the methods of literature, analysis and comparative. This article definite the concept of the teaching-learning process conflict,differentiate and analyse the different between the teaching-learning process conflict and the teaching-learning conflict, explore the essence the existing form,the development path, the characteristics and causes of the teaching-learning process conflict, and proposed several standards and strategies to solve the teaching-learning process conflict.This article argues that the teaching-learning process conflict is the teachers and students confront each other for teachers and students have different understanding on teaching-learning activities.Based on this knowledge, the understanding of the teaching-learning process conflict is a process for teachers and students pursuit for their own values and purpose but encounter the opposition and obstruction from others. Both have a certain intersection on a certain of narrow sense.But if according to the specific meaning of the understanding that the teaching-learning conflict is more extensive and complex than the teaching-learning process conflict not only on the scope but also on the causes. To the exactly understanding,the teaching-learning conflict contains the teaching-learning process conflict. In the teaching-learning process,teaching-learning contradiction generate the teaching-learning process conflict,so the teaching-learning process conflict result, by teaching-learning conflict.It is the below concept in teaching-learning contradiction.The two is the relationship between the upper and lower.It is necessary to explore the essence the development route,the manifestations and the causes of the teaching-learning process conflict for to have a further understand on the nature of teaching-learning process conflict.In the teaching-learning conflict,the conflict is precisely triggered by the difference of the pursuit of the teachers and students’value and different purposes,so the essence of the teaching-learning process conflict is the oppose of different motives. This conflict is usually exist in dominant or recessive state, it may be a language conflict, physical conflict,also may be the background of the cultural cognitive conflict, the conflict of the reticent,values,emotional and expect,and so on. They have the characteristics of complexity, latent, reversal. Some conflicts will have a negative impact, but some may be the significant conflicts. The significant conflicts can convert the dynamic teaching resources for teaching to use in the process of deal with the conflict problem, promote the common development of the teachers and students.In the teaching-learning process,we should avoid the negative conflicts and take full advantage of the significance conflicts. The factors that lead by the conflicts can generally be attributed to the different concept, the opposite of the purpose, the dispute of the behavior,the differences of the cognitive, experience and the confrontation of the emotional.For several causes may be lead to teaching-learning conflict,this article analyse from two aspects of internal and external.The external factors lead to the teaching-learning process conflict is the different understanding between teachers and students, the opposite of motivation, the difference in cultural background between students and teachers, the different values orientation,the poor communication between teachers and students. There also may be a caused by the social aspects of the teaching process, such as the conflict triggered by the main body rights opposite,and so on. The mainly internal factors are the uneven between teaching preinstall and teaching generate or the conflict triggered by the teach ing-learning development process.In order to solve the teaching-learning process conflict reasonably and effectively that need teachers through enhance their professional capabilities continuously, increase their teaching wisdom,have a keen insight to found conflict timely. When the teachers in handling the teaching-learning process conflict,the teachers should have a comprehensive, objective and correct understanding on the teaching-learning process conflict, can give the conflict main body much space to adjust and can flexibility to adjust solving the strategies according to the actual situation. These requires teachers to do the teaching-learning process conflict and reflection continually. And construct their own understanding of the teaching-learning process conflict. Requires teachers to accumulate more experience of teaching and the solution of conflict continually, in order to resolve the teaching-learning process conflict timely and effectively, and convert the teaching-learning process conflict into the resources to promote the development of the teaching-learning.Requires that teachers are willing to get along with students with the real feelings, willing to dialogue on an equal footing with the students, and willing to give students more rights to get more independent space to development theirselves. Furthermore, the students should also be get more understanding of teachers’s teaching intention, to have more collaborate with teachers to complete the task and purpose of teaching in the process of interaction with the teachers. In the process of communication with students, the students should have more clarify on the other students’true meaning, have more tacit on cooperation and learning knowledge with other students.In order to expand knowledge,get progress, reducing the generation of the teaching-learning process conflict, get the teachers and students have the advance.
