With the new education policies about the floating children introduced gradually, the majority of migrant children can not only study at the local public primary school, at the same time, after graduated from primary school, many migrant children are assigned to public or private schools and continue to receive junior high school education, for the influence of the household registration system and the lack of senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination policy in the local, after entering the junior middle school, the study continuity is challeged, so when they are in grade two,they have to consider where they are to study, back to the native place,or other choice? through practice in a nonprofit organization, I found a part of immigrated adolescents began to appear the phenomenon of weariness, truancy, school dropout. grounded for five months in the community and service delivery, I observed a portion of them gradually dropped out of school. The educational dilemma they face is different from rural youth education, also different from the local school children, their education problem was produced under the background of mobile, therefore has its own particularity. In this paper, guided by the theory of social exclusion, The text takes time that dropping before,choosing to drop out,after dropping out as the thread mainly,from the structural path and social actors pathway of the social exclusion theory, I detailed description,analysis and interpretation that how they are excluded in their study. from the aspects of policy system,the family environment,school environment,flow experience, personal coping styles,I try to explain the process of social exclusion that they are facing. At the end of this article, Summarize the formation mechanism of social exclusion that flow of teenagers have experieced, Their school dropout, not only is the result of macro social environment, policy conditions, and at the same time related to their family, school and their countermeasures. So this article is discussing the process that how they leave school, on the one hand, i hope more people pay attention to education problems of this group, on the other hand,according to my internship life, and services we provided in practice,I try to think.for the social work major, how to provide service for the flow of teenagers.
