It is of great significance to management in sports unit.This paper mainly focuses on the budget management in Sports Unit, taking into account the new requirement on Unit budget management from related reformed policies of financial sector. The illustration and systematic analysis of comprehensive budget management is done by referring to related material and standard analysis method.
