Classroom questioning is the main teaching mode to promote the development of students’ thinking. Different development stages of thinking adapt to different teaching stages. That means it goes with different class types. In various development stages of thinking and class teaching activities, classroom questions play different roles. In order to make full use of classroom questioning in classroom teaching, teachers should take the teaching goals, students’ characteristics and the quality of teachers into consideration when they design the classroom questions. In terms of the specific implementation of classroom questioning, teachers should think about the matching degree between classroom questions and class types. As for a single classroom question, open problems play important parts in advancing the development of students’ thinking abilities in new lessons. Compared with a certain level of single classroom questioning, a series of classroom questions and the ways to deal with classroom questions, especially the teaching resources of both teachers and students are more close to students’ thinking abilities.
