The work vigor of teacher-in-charge is the teacher himself/herself who has a positive spiritualawareness and on the basis of a strong mental state, teacher-in-charge should always keep a positiveattitude and hardworking when he or she faces of a series of problems or challenges in the teaching process,and dedicate themselves to their teaching career unremittingly. Teacher working vigor performance can bereflected by two parts, one is positive emotion and the other one is work motivation. During teacher’s work,the vigor can improve the ability of solving daily problem and coping with pressure, in order to improve thephysical and mental state of teachers.This essay adopts literature analysis, survey and other research methods to explore vigorous issuesrelated to the vitality of our class work. Through a survey, which includes600junior high school studentsof different nature of the three cities in our country, and using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis,confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling and other statistical analysis technique, the essaydraws the following conclusions:First, the mediating effect class culture of the effect of class work vigor, the class culture in class workvigor-the relationship between the student’s academic performance plays the part of the intermediary role.Second, the mediating effect of motivation on the effect of class work vigor, motivation to learn in theclass work vigor-the relationship between the student’s school academic performance plays a part of theintermediary role.Third, in class work vigor affect the student’s school academic performance, class culture andmotivation play in the chain intermediary role in the vitality of class work by affecting class culture, andthen affect motivation, and thereby indirectly affect the student’s school academic performance.Finally, the research discussed the current limitations and future research orientation.
