The Application Of Evidence-Based Practice In Social Work Institutions

Accompanied by increasing social competition pressure, the number of relatively vulnerable groups in society is rising. The people on many issues need help from professionals. Social work institutions came into being. Social work institutions directly face the communities and vulnerable groups, with professional approach, starting from the needs of social members and integrating all the resources around, they communicate the service to the recipients, but also fulfill the functions of the institution itself and social responsibility. However, how can social work institutions do to meet clients’ needs better, provide more effective services for our client, it also need social work institutions explore unceasingly when they provide services.Based on the above research background, this study put forward a new method of the application of evidence-based practice in social work institutions. We expect to use the current advanced theory to guide the development of Chinese social work institutions, and also provide some development recommendations, etc. This research mainly includes the following content:1.Through the literature analysis status of development of the evidence-based practice theory, and explore the difficulties of social work institutions faced when they use the evidence-based practice;2. Based on the theory of evidence-based practice, analyze the effect of evidence-based practice has influenced on the practice of social work institutions;3. According to the results of the study, provide a reference for social work institutions of their evidence-based practice.
