So, through the education practice,interns subject teaching knowledge in what will have? Intern teaching knowledge maininfluence factors have?In this paper, the three interns through the case study, through the fill in CoRe (teachingcontent representation) form, understand interns in the certain knowledge of the subjectcontent, the students’ knowledge and teaching knowledge, through the classroom observationin actual classroom interns in the teaching change, analysis of the specific teaching content ofPaP-eRs (practice teaching process). Through the interview, test intern teaching knowledgechange influence factors.Through the contrast analysis, we can see that through the education practice, internssubject pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) in the students’ knowledge and relevantteaching knowledge of the subject and the two aspects have greater development. The maininfluence factors are: communication and guidance teachers, classroom observation andinterpretation sets.
