Commercial Fitness Club is to provide a good fitness services and improve the fitness facilities for its members in for-profit institutions or places. With the expansion of the scale of commercial fitness club, marketing has become an important link in the operation and management of commercial fitness club. However, in recent years, the marketing risk of Commercial Fitness Club grow with each passing day, serious impact on the enterprise marketing security and overall business activities. The effective management of marketing activities, reasonable avoid negative influence of marketing risk, is the focus of marketing of commercial fitness club. In this environment, as a result of marketing risk and marketing risk the loss of the accident is increasing, more and more marketing risk management theory by domestic commercial fitness club management attention. In the province of Jiangxi commercial fitness field, Kefield health club set up earlier, after nearly10years of development, has a number of chain stores in Nanchang, Jiujiang, Ganzhou, formed the scale, management is more perfect, is the leader of the Jiangxi commercial fitness club.This article uses the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and case study method, expounds the present situation of marketing risk and management risk, marketing of commercial fitness club were preliminary sorting, classification management program; combination of marketing risk management enterprise, from risk identification, risk assessment and risk control three aspects of marketing risk of Commercial Fitness Club is analyzed. And then use fuzzy evaluation method to conduct an empirical study on the marketing risk of Nanchang Kefield fitness club, by identifying the marketing risk of Kefield health club and measure, control strategy of the marketing risk, in order to improve the marketing risk of commercial fitness club management theory, provide a useful reference for safety operation of Kefield and other commercial fitness club.
