With the continuous development of education in our country, the teacher profession, as a kind of profession, give higher request to teacher education. Pedagogy is required for all teachers’ pre-service education,plays a vital role to cultivate the future teachers’ professional quality.How to do good in pedagogy course become a key problem needed to resolve.In this paper, based on the theory and practice of effective classroom questioning, based on the teacher education curriculum standard (trial)",on the basis of literature research and case study, combined with the author teaching practice experience, through to the independent college education teaching design based on classroom questioning, aimed at breaking the pedagogy teaching of lay particular stress on theoretical research less practice case, change the traditional education teaching mode and method, make the knowledge of pedagogy and the value of knowledge are fully aware, improve the students’ education enthusiasm, set up the correct education concept. Specific work and achievements of this paper is as follows:Through a lot of literature research and effective classroom questioning, education teaching reform and teaching design theory and related research status; Based on the analysis of the pedagogy on the basis of the principle of teaching design, teaching characteristics, combined with dick cary teaching system design theory, the theory of pedagogy teaching design model is put forward; Made a concrete analysis for the elements of instructional design; Combining with the characteristics of independent college students to study and design the pedagogy teaching design case based on the classroom questioning-"the direct moral teaching and indirect moral education", trying to create true problem situation in teaching process, causes the student fully learn the value of pedagogy knowledge; Finally through the teaching design research and thinking, and puts forward some key points of teaching, and reflect on this research.
