Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Sports Cultural Services In Nanchang Large Enterprise

This paper has a in-depthunderstanding of construction and framework of the sports cultural services in Nanchanglarge enterprise, discuss the relationship between the elements in the sports cultural service oflarge enterprises to promote rapid development of enterprise sports culture, and providereference for further refining enterprise sports cultural services. Cultural progress and thedevelopment of enterprises are both weights of social advance, but the core of social advanceis based on serving people. Only by searching the new ideas and new methods of protectingthe people’s living, production, learning and sports, serving people with disposable generalconditions, can be used for people, and make people build their body and reinforce their soul.Above all, against the background of great social development and prosperity, how tocombine with actual conditions of Enterprise sports culture development to adjust and buildnew sports culture development, form unique sports culture serve features through socialresources’ integration and optimize is the internal need of the present sports culture servedevelopment, and have research value and social significance.The major purpose of this paper is that by understanding current situation of sportsculture in Nanchang large enterprises we can find existing problems, reasons and solution tomake sports culture serve the numerous workers’ healthy life. This research mainly usequestionnaire method, documentation method, experts interview, logical reasoning andobservation to study and analysis, the main conclusions are as follows.(1) At present, the sports fields and facilities in Nanchang large enterprises can not meetall-round requirements of worker sports. Sports venues area per capita amounted to less thanthe national standard.(2) Now Sport funds can satisfy sport activities within enterprises. Butin the case of increasing single event sport associations and diversifying mass sports activities,it will certainly be make ends meet.(3) Nanchang large enterprises both have an independentset of regulations concerning sports that be suitable for their own. The implementation is veryideal, but it’s comprehensiveness and sophistication should be strengthened.(4) Theconsciousness of workers demand for sport activities is getting strengthened. And looking forphysical exercise approaches is diversity. But they have a one-sided understanding oninformation retrieval.(5) Have no enough athletic professionals in management departments will not meet the demand for universal sport activities.(6) In the current economic conditions,staff sports development in level of organization become more and more difficult to meetinner appeals for worker, and can not convert initiatives of sports.
