| Sports lottery has become a social public serving, as a modernleisure in society, is already entered public life. In themeantime,it is an inevitable significant issue thatsupervision of government on guide social life and negativeeffect solution should be intensely concentrated.Unfortunately,functions of administrative supervision are noteffectively played in this day and age; rulers and laws ofsports lottery cannot solve social issues. This essay wouldfocus on the deeply reasons on inharmonious with relateddepartments in sports lottery system.Straightening out relations within the sport lottery throughstructural reform will helps to strengthen the supervision andmanagement of government supervision institutions.
