Nowadays, professional basketball presents a form ofculture to the world. As for culture, it is no located bordersand it can development, disseminate and exchange arbitrarilyand healthily. In addition to our understanding of the cultureand values among people, the dissemination and exchange alsohappen different regions and cities. in fact, china’sprofessional basketball which can open to the world and makean important development relies on the outside assistance.China’s basketball presents in the form of goods and it isundoubtedly to follow the law of the market. The goods arepopular because of better quality. In other words, it isnecessary to enhance the CBA (’China Basketball Association’in short) in order to attract more audience. Therefore, CBAfetch in a lot of foreign high-level players. In recently years,there are many former NBA big players who contribute to the CBA.At the same time, the CBA get the improvement and attract moreaudience successfully. The CBA league clubs which areestablished marks the professional, and industry-orientedreforms. it is the inevitable trend of development ofbasketball in China to fetch in more talent.This article has an object of study, the CBA foreign aidand show their contribution to the development of China’sprofessional basketball such as the construction of basketballculture, China’s basketball professional players on thedomestic market, the impact of the player’s defensivephilosophy generated. This article employs many methods suchas literature data, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, observation, mathematical statistics. This article has adeeper analysis of foreign aid on the development of China’sprofessional basketball, draw some conclusions and makerecommendations.
