The soundness of a person’s personality is not only related to his own well-being,but also to family happy, social harmony and national prosperity. Childhood is acritical period of personality development, appropriate education and goodenvironment to promote the healthy development of children’s personality, preventpsychological deviation. Family is the first children’s contact, contact with most of theenvironment, parents are children the most intimate person, personality education roleof family environment and parental influence, it is extremely important to develop thepersonality of children’s health. Based on the investigation of the present our countrycity family children personality education, to analyze the current situation andproblems of contemporary children’s City family personality education, explore causesof the problem and countermeasures, is of great significance to the improvement ofpersonality education city children in china.The first part of the paper analyzes the current situation and problems ofcontemporary children’s City family character education. Analysis showed that: theimportance of contemporary children’s City family character education teachingsubject on children’s personality education, personality education knowledge not much,also don’t pay attention to their own personality literacy in children; personalityeducation content, there is only art culture heavy intelligence investment and,contempt of life skills and moral behavior habit etc. problems in children’s personality;education mode, influence of parents neglect their own behavior exemplary role andfamily atmosphere on children’s personality influence character by environment, cantake the initiative to learn improved rearing styles of parents is one of the few. Inaddition, in line with the kindergarten and family, we found that parents can take theinitiative to understand the situation of children in the park, the feedback of teacheralso attaches great importance to education and kindergarten, basic can keep consistent. The second part of the causes of the problems of contemporary children’sPersonality Education City family and countermeasures. Pointed out: the educationadministrative departments should attach great importance to family education ofchildren personality, strengthen the research and promotion of personality educationfor children; parents should take full responsibility, change the family concept,adjustment of children’s personality education content, style, create a harmoniousfamily atmosphere, increase their own qualities, and strive to create a communicationwith peers opportunity for children, the development of children’s interpersonal skills,and promote the socialization of children; kindergarten to improve the work, for thebridge, promote social, family, kindergarten coordination. At the same time, make useof their own advantages to run schools for parents, popularization of personalityeducation professional knowledge.
