Research On Personality Education Of Infants In Urban Migrant Family On Early Stage

With the development of our economy, people’s living standard is increasingly improving. More and more people start to pay attention to preprimary education and training of population quality. Early education for infants and young children (0-3-year-old) is critical for people’s growing-up, especially for their development on healthy personality. It is the time that the character, habits, morality, reading ability and thinking mode of most of people is cultivated. After the reforming and opening up, a mass of rural population swarm into cities, forming the group of urban floating population. However, comparing to original residents living in cities, they can barely share the public service, especially in the villages in the cities. Besides, they are influenced by traditional thoughts, which leads to attaching less importance on early childhood education for most of urban floating families.This thesis applies questionnaire survey, interviewing method and document analysis method, takes C community in Kunming city, Yunnan province as an example, analyzes the current situation, existing problems and reasons for early education of children (0-3-year-old).Through participation of demonstration project on visiting the families of urban floating and unprivileged children, the writer observes and knows about the children’s living and education ways, provides the help to them in professional ways of social work and assist the parents to proceed the intelligence development and trainings, making their education ways and thinking modes improved so as to make them realize the significance of early education for young children, promote the forming and developing of healthy personality for infants and young children and help urban floating families solve the problems in early education of children (0-3-year-old)...
