Henan Province university basketball athletic level is low in the nationwide level, themanagement department needs to strengthen management, and cultivate basketball athletic talentsvigorously, strengthen the policy support to become a powerful driving force of athletic basketballdevelopment, to make full use of market advantages and basketball great commercial value, andall kinds of human resources reasonable allocation, increase security efforts, maximum providefavorable conditions, promote the overall development of the cause of the basketball.2. The source of financial support for Henan Province university basketball mainly dependson the government financial appropriation, the structure is single, can not meet the needs oftraining high level athletes, which greatly limits the development of college athletic basketballsports.3. Improve college basketball athletic talent management system. Related functionaldepartments shall improve the universities high level basketball importance, perfect thecorresponding management system, to provide a greater level of the government’s policy support,each college leadership to perfect supporting measures to strengthen management, form the highlevel of the coaches and athletes backup talent cultivation system.2. Broaden the channels of funding sources, increase spending. The competitive basketballteam itself should learn from a wide range of social funding, and carry out business diversification,use the athletic basketball team market influence advantage, increases the propaganda dynamics,increase the high level of basketball team own income, so that they can have enough money tomeet the need of competitive sports development training facilities, scientific research investment,talent introduction and so on to make the competitive basketball sustained and stable development.3.Establish a scientific training system, improve their athletic training efficiency.
